The Villa can be booked on its own for smaller groups and on confirmation of these bookings
the Villetta will closed for the period.
From 7th July to 8th September there is one price for the Villa and Villetta combined.
Extra Charges for Sterlinghe
- Sterlinghe sleeps 12 but can accommodate 15 on extra 'put-me-up-beds'.
- There will be a £50 extra charge for each additional guest over 12 people - to a maximum
of 15.
- Heating - there will be an extra charge of £75 per week for the Villa and £50 per week for the Villetta
Notes to the rental rates
- A minimum of one week rental allowed, Saturday to Saturday.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit
Full payment is requested at least six weeks prior to departure
- Swimming pool operational May to October.
- A refundable deposit of £250 is required for breakages. A set budget has been established
to cover cleaning and laundry for changeovers. In the event more time is required to clean
up after your stay, we reserve the right to take this off the deposit.
- We are very happy to discuss discounts for longer stays over off peak periods.
Cancellation
In the event you cancel your holiday half of your deposit will be retained and the other half returned to
you on the condition you let us know more than 3 months before the date of your holiday. In the event you cancel within six
weeks of the booking we regret we will not be able to return any monies paid. However, we will continue to market the villa
and should we receive a booking for the period concerned the appropriate funds will be returned to you.
AVAILABILITY
The villa is let on a Saturday to Saturday basis, although this
can be adjusted to suit off peak.

HELP WHILE YOU ARE THERE
The villa is managed by the local Roncolata familly. The mother Patrizia is a mine of information and her
three daughters are available for babysitting and cooking on request.
If you would like a cook, who does all the shopping and is extremely flexible,
this can be arranged in advance.
There is a weekly maid service, but this can be increased on request.
